I have the same problem, after one month they not reply me my quations, I didn’t recive my order, I think that I lose my money, because the material I needed two weeks ago, and now I lose the client, they are missing, Terrible enterprise I can’t imagine the material.

Who are you, Do you work for Noble?

Chuck Hull watches these blogs and promotes Noble Products. Everyone else here has had a terrible time with them. Lack of communication, slow service, excuses, etc. I think Chuck knows the owner who works this out of his garage. I would stay away from Noble products just because of service issues and lack of respect for their customers. Chuck will disagree but my experience was the same as yours…terrible.

I don’t know if is the real chuck hull, but I have a bad experience with 3D system too, I bought a 3D PRINTER X60, 160 AND 260C, That printer is the first in my country Guatemala, but after two month of the garantee the mother board It stopped working, and the printer never works real, only was use for exivition, I wrote the 3D printer LA, they only give us a discount of 14%, after two year the printer doesn’t work.

LP, you would not believe the dealings I had with Noble3D…the guy is crazy.

I asked simple questions via email about whether or not their new products would work in my machine and he just lost it…sending me 2-3 page emails saying I wasn’t trustworthy etc.

I had tried to tweet them before the emails began and the tweet got answered MONTHS after I told the guy I would never, ever ever use his products again. He begged me via twitter to come back to using their stuff. I told him to check his email from months ago.

Total waste of time. Go with 3DP product and never look back.

(This Chuck Hull guy on this thread HAS to be the owner of Noble…edward)

I can’t believe it, How is possible that can exist a enterprise like that.
After two month I don’t have my order. They think that can make all they want.
For me that is a scammer.

It cost me my business to never get off the ground. Sorry you are having the same experience I had.

What? Noble has terrible customer service…that was my experience and others as well. I don’t care how good their products are…if they don’t deliver in a reasonable amount of time, small businesses cannot adjust. And for you to say that we should just not say anything is absurd. If any other potential buyer of Noble products read this, be prepared for at least a 2 month delivery time from initial order date. Also, be prepared to have no communication with the company regarding anything. It is a 1 man operation out of his garage in Las Vegas and apparently has little time to answer emails. That was my experience…truth!

You should copy and paste his email responses to you so people can see the thread. Just a thought. And I do believe you…and I believe Chuck Hull to be the owner disguised as a client.

I wish I had seen this before I placed my order with Noble!!! Now I see why I haven’t receive my order, and why my emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. I wanted to give them a try, but now I am having second thoughts about placing a second order.

Even if you get their material soon , this is not good, is awful, the material look like is damp, is high density so your vacum is going to show you some trouble and erros, because the filter basquet and the tubes will fill

There is one in germany or duschland wich high quality I never hear of them, but Somebody say me that they are very good, If you can found it, tell me, you can see that the Noble not answer my quations o email yet.

Order places 10/14/2017 Paid UPS Ground. ( I know it doesn’t take more than 5 days from Las Vegas to Florida via UPS Ground). 10/27/2017 No order, and no reply to my emails and phone calls asking for tracking number of my order, complete radio silence. An order of materials we placed from Italy on the same day arrived days ago, still nothing from Las Vegas? Incredible!

Our project is officially delayed. And I also no we longer trust the quality of this product after reading these reviews and the way we have been ignored .

Thank you! I placed an order from an Ebay Seller from the U.K. to give it a try, since we are searching for a supplier for continued business. I placed my order same day as I did in Noble, and package arrived from Italy before the Noble order (which is in Las Vegas, NV) Shipping within the USA via USPS Ground shouldn’t take weeks. We decided to no longer do business with Noble. In fact, I just left another Voicemail to request an order cancellation.

The product on Ebay I purchased is ZT-400 powder and now since communication with them has been easy and they had proved they are great sellers, I will place a new order for more powder and Binder.

We will be playing with these products and keep you posted.
