Hi I am having some startup with my Zprinter, it does not initialise the Axis servo, returns servo error. I have been asked to reinstall the software.

Any idea how I can do this, ? I cannot connect into Zprinter software as the printer goes into re boot. Thanks in advance.

I being told this problem is common, to re install software or its a problem with fast axis or pogo card.
