Why can't I order 3D printed parts in Australia, New Zealand, China or Japan?

3D printing service has been discontinues in Australia, New Zealand, China and Japan on August 24th, 2020.

In light of COVID-19, we’ve had to look more critically at our technology offering.

As a result, we have decided to discontinue our 3D printing service following August 24th, 2020 in Australia, New Zealand, China and Japan. However, we continue to offer our other manufacturing services, CNC machining and sheet metal fabrication in these countries.
