The unit will now operate under SUEZ as SUEZ Water Technologies & Solutions, and continue to provide water, wastewater and process systems solution. The unit will have over 10,000 employees and 50,000 customers. SUEZ expects the unit will continue to expand its water treatment offerings and digital capabilities.
